This comprehensive home renovation in Stono Ferry involved nearly a full gut of the existing floor plan due to compromised structural integrity from faulty original construction. Collaborating closely with a Structural Engineer, we addressed and rectified the affected areas, replacing flooring and walls to restore the home’s safety. In addition, we remodeled the entire space, updating features to create a secure and modern living environment for the family.
